Some items will be valid for next day delivery based on your location. If your item is in stock in our express warehouse you will have the option for express delivery at checkout.
Our packages are insured by the shipping carrier for 90 days. Therefore, if 12 weeks have passed since your order was shipped and you have still not received your package, please contact us immediately so that we can issue a refund or reship your order. If the package has exceeded the estimated shipping times in the table above, please contact us so that we can get an update from the shipping carrier. If 90 days have not yet passed, please note that we cannot refund your order or cancel the shipment.
