House Of Slipperz is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. 

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at House Of Slipperz within one (1) hour of your order placement.

House Of Slipperz is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered.

 

SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIME

If your tracking status says "carrier awaiting item" it means that our parcel has been shipped and on the way to your country, the status won't get updated until it arrives in your country and the carrier or local logistics company has scanned it in.

When you spend over £50 we are offering Free Standard Shipping.

Otherwise our standard shipping rate is £3.99 worldwide.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included. 

We process all orders within 2-3 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

Packages may take longer to arrive during busy holiday seasons dependant on local postal office capacity.

Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.
